A Landed program is started at your school and local investors are brought in to back the program. You apply to receive funds from your school?s Landed program, covering up to 50% of the down payment. Landed helps you find and buy a home near where you work. We pay half the down payment when you're ready to buy.
There are two ways to end the partnership with Landed. The first is to sell your home. The second is to refinance your home without selling. You can sell or refinance at any time before the end of the Landed term (usually 10 years).
